Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Success Associate, specializing in SaaS projects. This is a crucial role for individuals passionate about fostering strong client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction with our SaaS solutions. You will be responsible for onboarding new clients, providing ongoing support, and proactive engagement to maximize their value and retention. This is a work-from-home position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to contribute to our global success from anywhere within Canada.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of SaaS clients, guiding them through the customer journey from onboarding to renewal.
  • Conduct virtual onboarding sessions and product training to ensure clients are fully utilizing our SaaS platform features.
  • Proactively engage with clients to understand their needs, identify potential issues, and recommend solutions to enhance their experience.
  • Monitor client health and usage data to identify at-risk accounts and develop strategies for intervention and retention.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and technical support teams to resolve client issues and provide feedback for product improvement.
  • Develop and maintain expert-level knowledge of our SaaS products and industry best practices.
  • Contribute to the creation of customer success resources, including FAQs, best practice guides, and webinars.
  • Document all client interactions and relevant information accurately in our CRM system.

Required Skills

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer success, account management, or client-facing role, preferably with SaaS products.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex information clearly.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to client support.
  • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and collaboration tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in a remote setting.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience working with enterprise-level clients or complex SaaS deployments.
  • Familiarity with customer success methodologies and best practices (e.g., Gainsight).
  • Proven track record of achieving customer retention and satisfaction targets.
  • Bilingualism (English and French) is considered a strong asset.
