Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Shopify Expert to join our dynamic digital team in Lyon, focusing specifically on our sustainable and eco-friendly brands. This role will be pivotal in designing, developing, and maintaining cutting-edge Shopify e-commerce solutions that align with our commitment to environmental responsibility and ethical practices. You will work closely with brand teams to translate their sustainability goals into compelling and effective online experiences, ensuring seamless functionality, optimal performance, and a strong brand narrative around eco-conscious products.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end development and implementation of Shopify stores for sustainable and eco-friendly brands within the LVMH portfolio.
- Customize Shopify themes and develop custom sections and functionalities using Liquid, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Integrate third-party applications, APIs, and payment gateways to enhance store capabilities and user experience.
- Optimize store performance, loading speed, and mobile responsiveness for a seamless shopping journey.
- Implement SEO best practices and track analytics to drive organic traffic and conversions.
- Collaborate with design, marketing, and brand teams to ensure brand consistency and effective communication of sustainability initiatives.
- Provide ongoing maintenance, troubleshooting, and support for existing Shopify stores.
- Stay up-to-date with Shopify updates, industry trends, and best practices in sustainable e-commerce.
Required Skills
- Expert-level proficiency with Shopify platform development, including Liquid, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
- Proven experience in building, launching, and managing successful e-commerce stores on Shopify.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce best practices, UX/UI principles, and conversion optimization.
- Familiarity with SEO principles and Google Analytics.
- Experience with responsive and adaptive design.
- Demonstrated passion for sustainability, eco-friendly products, and ethical business practices.
Preferred Qualifications
- Shopify Plus experience or certification.
- Experience with Headless Shopify implementations.
- Proficiency in French (written and spoken).
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG).
- Experience with A/B testing and personalization tools.
