Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly organized Think Tank Coordinator to join our innovative team in Detroit. This role is crucial for the smooth operation and success of our internal think tank initiatives, supporting research, fostering collaboration, and managing projects that contribute to Ford’s strategic vision. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with excellent communication skills, eager to make an immediate impact and grow within a dynamic environment. You will work closely with researchers, strategists, and various departments to facilitate discussions, manage resources, and ensure the effective dissemination of insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate meetings, workshops, and events for the Think Tank, including scheduling, logistics, and material preparation.
  • Manage communication channels, ensuring timely and effective information flow among Think Tank members and stakeholders.
  • Assist in research activities, data collection, and report generation to support ongoing projects.
  • Maintain project documentation, databases, and knowledge repositories.
  • Facilitate collaboration between internal teams and external partners.
  • Monitor project timelines and deliverables, escalating potential issues as needed.
  • Support the development and implementation of new Think Tank initiatives.

Required Skills
