Job Description

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Financial Document Labeler with a remote administrative focus to join our dynamic team. In this 100% remote role, you will be responsible for accurately classifying and labeling a high volume of financial documents, ensuring data integrity and contributing to the efficiency of our document processing systems. This position requires strong organizational skills, an eagle eye for detail, and the ability to work independently within a structured framework. Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately label and categorize various financial documents (e.g., invoices, bank statements, receipts, contracts) according to established guidelines and taxonomies.
  • Perform data verification and quality control checks to ensure accuracy and consistency of labeled information.
  • Maintain high levels of productivity and meet daily/weekly labeling quotas.
  • Identify and escalate any discrepancies, inconsistencies, or ambiguities in documents to the appropriate team members.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of labeling processes and guidelines.
  • Manage and organize digital document archives efficiently.
  • Adhere strictly to data privacy and confidentiality protocols.
  • Collaborate with team members remotely to ensure workflow continuity and problem resolution.
