Job Description

In this role, you will provide personalized support to colleagues, helping them stay on track with their professional objectives in a low-stress, encouraging environment. This is a 100% remote position, offering the flexibility to work from your home office. No prior experience as an accountability partner is required; we provide comprehensive training. Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and conduct regular virtual check-ins with assigned colleagues to discuss goals and progress.
- Assist colleagues in setting realistic, achievable professional objectives.
- Provide encouraging feedback and celebrate milestones.
- Help identify and overcome potential obstacles to goal attainment.
- Maintain confidentiality and build a trusting, supportive relationship.
- Track progress using simple digital tools and report on general trends (no performance evaluation involved).
- Share best practices for remote productivity and well-being.
- Participate in team meetings and ongoing training sessions.
