Job Description
Join Brady Corporation as a Light Assembly & Packaging Assistant and contribute to the production of essential identification and protection solutions. This role is perfect for individuals who are detail-oriented, enjoy hands-on work, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for assembling small components, performing quality checks, and carefully packaging finished products for shipment. This is a full-time position offering stable day shifts and reliable weekly pay. We value teamwork, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality in all we do.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform light assembly of various components and sub-assemblies according to established procedures and specifications.
- Inspect finished products for quality defects, ensuring they meet company standards before packaging.
- Accurately package, label, and prepare products for shipment, following all packaging guidelines.
- Operate basic hand tools and small machinery safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation at all times.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding production status and any issues.
- Assist with inventory management and material handling as needed.
Required Skills
- Basic manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
- Capable of standing or sitting for extended periods as required by the task.
