Job Description

Join Brady Corporation as a Light Assembly & Packaging Assistant and contribute to the production of essential identification and protection solutions. You will be responsible for assembling small components, performing quality checks, and carefully packaging finished products for shipment. Key Responsibilities

  • Perform light assembly of various components and sub-assemblies according to established procedures and specifications.
  • Inspect finished products for quality defects, ensuring they meet company standards before packaging.
  • Accurately package, label, and prepare products for shipment, following all packaging guidelines.
  • Operate basic hand tools and small machinery safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation at all times.
  • Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding production status and any issues.
  • Assist with inventory management and material handling as needed.

Required Skills

  • Basic manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.

  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
