Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Pinterest Listing Assistant to join our E-commerce support team. This flexible role focuses on managing and optimizing product listings specifically for the Pinterest platform, ensuring our products are visually appealing, accurately described, and easily discoverable by potential customers. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a passion for e-commerce, and a solid understanding of Pinterest as a marketing and sales channel.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, manage, and optimize product listings on Pinterest, including rich pins and shoppable pins.
- Ensure all product information, descriptions, and imagery are accurate, compelling, and consistent with brand guidelines.
- Perform keyword research to optimize pin titles and descriptions for maximum visibility and search engine ranking.
- Monitor Pinterest trends, best practices, and algorithm updates to adapt listing strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to gather product details, images, and promotional content.
- Analyze Pinterest performance metrics (impressions, clicks, saves) and provide regular reports on listing effectiveness.
- Assist with other e-commerce support tasks as needed, contributing to overall online sales goals.
- Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Pinterest for Business, including creating and managing product catalogs.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and online retail principles.
- Excellent written communication skills with an emphasis on compelling product descriptions.
- Basic knowledge of SEO principles and keyword research.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a flexible work environment.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets) or Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, E-commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience with other social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram).
- Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop) for basic image editing.
- Experience with product information management (PIM) systems.
