Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Pilates Studio Host to join our modern boutique studio within The Jamaica Pegasus Hotel. This role is perfect for an individual who is passionate about customer service, wellness, and creating an inviting atmosphere. As the first point of contact, you will be crucial in ensuring a seamless and elevated experience for all our studio clients, from managing bookings to maintaining a pristine environment. Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and welcome all clients to the Pilates studio, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage client check-ins, class bookings, and appointment scheduling using our studio software.
- Answer phone calls and emails promptly and professionally, addressing inquiries about classes, memberships, and studio policies.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the studio, reception area, and changing rooms.
- Assist Pilates instructors with class preparation and client needs, ensuring a smooth flow of operations.
- Process payments for classes, memberships, and retail items accurately.
- Provide information about studio offerings, promotions, and special events.
- Cultivate a friendly, welcoming, and professional environment for all studio guests and team members.
- Handle client feedback and resolve minor issues with grace and efficiency.
Required Skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, email).
- A proactive and positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated customer service experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a hospitality, fitness, or wellness environment.
