Key Responsibilities
- Anonymously visit assigned Best Buy retail locations as a regular customer.
- Evaluate store layout, product merchandising, cleanliness, and promotional execution, focusing on new gadget releases.
- Assess staff friendliness, product knowledge, responsiveness, and problem-solving skills.
- Observe and report on product availability, pricing accuracy, and display functionality for the latest tech.
- Complete detailed evaluation reports accurately and promptly after each visit.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all aspects of the secret shopper program.
- Adhere to specific scenario guidelines provided for each shopping assignment.
Required Skills
