Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Remote Solutions Consultant to join our dynamic team, focusing on empowering small businesses to thrive using Google’s advertising platforms. In this 100% remote role, you will be a trusted advisor, guiding small business clients through the complexities of online advertising, identifying their unique needs, and implementing tailored Google Ads solutions to help them achieve their marketing objectives. You will leverage your expertise in digital marketing, analytics, and client relations to drive successful outcomes and foster long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for a portfolio of small business clients, providing expert guidance on Google Ads strategies.
- Conduct in-depth analyses of client business needs and marketing goals to recommend optimal Google Ads solutions (Search, Display, Video, Shopping).
- Develop and present customized advertising plans, demonstrating the value and expected ROI of proposed strategies.
- Provide ongoing consultation, performance reviews, and optimization recommendations to ensure client success and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal sales, product, and support teams to escalate issues, share insights, and contribute to product improvements.
- Stay current with Google Ads product updates, industry trends, and competitive landscapes to maintain a high level of expertise.
- Educate clients on new features, best practices, and effective campaign management techniques.
- Achieve and exceed client retention, satisfaction, and revenue growth targets.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of experience in digital advertising, account management, or consulting, specifically with Google Ads.
- Proven ability to understand small business needs and translate them into effective advertising strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously while maintaining high standards of service.
- Proficiency in Google Ads platform and associated analytics tools.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Google Ads Certifications (Search, Display, Video, Shopping).
- Experience working with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
- Familiarity with other digital marketing channels (SEO, social media marketing, email marketing).
