Job Description
Join Qualcomm as a Creative Coherence Analyst to play a pivotal role in ensuring the visual quality and consistency of our cutting-edge AI-generated content and visual systems. You will be responsible for evaluating, analyzing, and providing critical feedback on visual outputs from our AI models, ensuring they meet the highest standards of aesthetic quality, coherence, and brand guidelines. This role requires a keen eye for detail, a strong understanding of visual design principles, and a passion for the evolving landscape of artificial intelligence.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform detailed visual inspection and quality control of AI-generated images, videos, and other visual assets.
- Identify and document visual inconsistencies, artifacts, and aesthetic deficiencies in AI outputs.
- Provide actionable feedback to AI engineers and creative teams to improve model performance and output quality.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive visual quality guidelines and standards for AI-generated content.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including AI research, design, and product development, to align on visual objectives.
- Stay informed about the latest trends in AI art, computer vision, and visual design to anticipate future challenges and opportunities.
- Participate in the calibration and testing of AI models to enhance visual coherence and realism.
Required Skills
- 2+ years of experience in visual quality assurance, content review, graphic design, or a related creative field.
- Strong understanding of visual design principles (composition, color theory, typography, aesthetics).
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to identify subtle visual discrepancies.
- Proficiency with visual editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Figma, GIMP).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for providing clear and constructive feedback.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and their application in visual content generation.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related technical field.
- Experience with prompt engineering or guiding AI image/video generation tools.
- Understanding of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design principles.
- Previous experience in the technology or entertainment industry.
