Job Description
Join the Enterprise Rent-A-Car team in Saskatoon as a Rental Fleet Detailer! This full-time position offers a consistent Monday to Friday schedule with stable office hours, providing an excellent work-life balance. As a Rental Fleet Detailer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our vehicles are meticulously cleaned, detailed, and prepared for our valued customers. Your keen eye for detail and commitment to quality will directly contribute to Enterprise’s reputation for outstanding service and vehicle presentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform thorough interior cleaning of rental vehicles, including vacuuming, sanitizing surfaces, and cleaning windows.
- Wash, wax, and shine vehicle exteriors, ensuring a pristine appearance.
- Inspect vehicles for any damage, maintenance needs, or missing items, reporting findings to management promptly.
- Conduct basic fluid checks (e.g., windshield washer fluid, oil) and replenish as necessary.
- Ensure all vehicles are fueled to the required level before rental.
- Safely move and park vehicles within the lot and between designated cleaning areas.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in the detailing bay.
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and vehicle preparation standards.
Required Skills
- Valid Class 5 driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
- Physical capability to perform repetitive tasks, including bending, stooping, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle cleaning products and techniques.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in vehicle detailing, car washing, or automotive service.
- Familiarity with operating various types of vehicles.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
