Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to Google Cloud customers via online channels (chat, email, forums).
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to Google Cloud Platform products and services.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior support engineers and product teams when necessary.
  • Document customer interactions, technical solutions, and contribute to knowledge base articles.
  • Guide customers through troubleshooting steps and best practices for using GCP.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve product functionality and customer experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with new Google Cloud products, features, and technologies.

Required Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Basic understanding of cloud computing concepts (e.g., IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).
  • Familiarity with operating systems (Linux/Windows) and networking fundamentals.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies quickly and adapt to changing environments.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a passion for helping users.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
  • Prior experience in a technical support or customer service role, even if informal.
