Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and sales-driven Online Shopify Assistant to join our dynamic e-commerce team. This is a remote, full-time position offering a high commission structure based on sales performance. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in managing our Shopify store operations, optimizing product listings, providing exceptional customer service, and actively identifying opportunities to drive sales. Key Responsibilities

  • Process orders, manage returns, and assist with inventory tracking to ensure smooth operations.
  • Actively identify and pursue sales opportunities through various online channels and customer interactions.
  • Monitor website performance, analyze sales data, and prepare reports on key e-commerce metrics.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to implement promotional campaigns and new product launches.
  • Stay updated on Shopify best practices, e-commerce trends, and competitive landscape.
