Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Remote HR Assistant to join our talent acquisition team. This role is crucial in supporting our remote recruitment efforts, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process. You will be instrumental in coordinating interviews, managing candidate communications, and maintaining recruitment data, all from a 100% remote work environment. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain experience in a fast-paced HR department at a leading global company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the recruitment team, focusing on remote hiring processes.
  • Schedule and coordinate virtual interviews with candidates and hiring managers across multiple time zones.
  • Manage and update candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Prepare and send offer letters, new hire paperwork, and onboarding materials.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidate inquiries regarding application status and interview logistics.
  • Assist with background checks and reference verification processes.
  • Support HR projects and initiatives as needed, contributing to process improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and employment regulations.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote setting.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Workday, Taleo).
  • 1+ years of experience in an administrative or HR support role.
  • Experience working in a remote team environment.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
