Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive literature reviews, data gathering, and information synthesis from diverse sources.
- Assist senior researchers in developing research methodologies and frameworks.
- Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Draft segments of research reports, policy briefs, presentations, and other communication materials.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and team meetings to contribute fresh perspectives and ideas.
- Verify the accuracy and reliability of data and sources.
- Support the organization and maintenance of research databases and project documentation.
- Present findings and insights clearly and concisely to internal teams.
- Continuously learn and apply new research tools, techniques, and subject matter knowledge.
Required Skills

- Proficiency in conducting thorough online and library research.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, Economics, International Relations, Public Policy, Sociology, Data Science, or a related field.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) through academic projects or personal initiatives.
- Familiarity with statistical software packages (e.g., R, Python, SPSS) through academic coursework.
- Participation in academic research projects, debate clubs, or relevant extracurricular activities.
- Knowledge of an additional language relevant to global research (e.g., Spanish, Mandarin, Arabic).
