Job Description
Join our cutting-edge Clean Tech Farm in Cheltenham as a Tomato Greenhouse Picker! This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for individuals passionate about fresh produce and sustainable agriculture. No prior experience is required as full training will be provided to ensure you become a skilled member of our team. You will be responsible for the careful picking and packing of ripe tomatoes, contributing to the efficient operation of our advanced greenhouse environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Carefully pick ripe tomatoes according to quality standards and production targets.
- Perform initial sorting and packing of harvested produce.
- Monitor plants for signs of pests or disease and report findings to supervisors.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area within the greenhouse.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene protocols.
- Assist with other greenhouse tasks as needed, such as plant care, pruning, and general maintenance.
