Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Drive-thru Fulfillment Aides to join our bustling team in Canary Wharf. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals looking for immediate start and a fast-paced work environment. As a key member of our drive-thru team, you will ensure our customers receive their orders accurately and efficiently, maintaining our high standards of service and speed.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers with a friendly and positive attitude as they arrive at the drive-thru window.
- Accurately take food and drink orders, processing payments swiftly and correctly.
- Assemble and package orders according to specifications, ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and courteous manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the drive-thru area, adhering to all health and safety standards.
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and counter staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve minor issues with professionalism.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs
- Basic numeracy for handling cash and orders
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer service or fast-food environment is a plus, but not required
- Demonstrated ability to work well within a team
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
