Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Influencer Relations Specialist with a strong focus on creative talent to join our remote team. In this role, you will be instrumental in identifying, engaging, and nurturing relationships with key influencers and content creators whose work aligns with Concentrix’s brand and client initiatives. You will develop and execute innovative influencer marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive engagement, and support our clients’ marketing objectives. This is a 100% remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in Canada.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and research relevant influencers, content creators, and talent across various platforms (e.g., YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Twitch) aligning with client brand aesthetics and target demographics.
  • Develop and maintain strong, authentic relationships with influencers, fostering long-term partnerships.
  • Negotiate contracts, campaign terms, and compensation with influencers and their representatives.
  • Plan, execute, and manage end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with client objectives and brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate closely with internal marketing, creative, and client teams to integrate influencer activities into broader marketing strategies.
  • Monitor campaign performance, track KPIs, and provide detailed reports and insights on ROI and effectiveness.
  • Stay current with influencer marketing trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.
  • Manage budgets for influencer campaigns and ensure cost-effective execution.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in influencer marketing, public relations, or digital marketing.
  • Proven ability to identify and engage with diverse creative talent and influencers.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
  • Demonstrated understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
  • Proficiency in influencer marketing platforms and analytics tools.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Experience working with a global brand or agency.
  • Familiarity with performance marketing metrics and attribution models.
  • A portfolio showcasing successful influencer campaigns.
  • Experience in the customer experience (CX) or technology sectors.
