Job Description
As an Entry-Level Creative Producer at Concentrix, you will embark on a dynamic career path supporting our creative teams in developing compelling content and marketing materials for a diverse range of clients. This role is designed for individuals eager to learn the ropes of creative project management, production workflows, and client communication within a fast-paced agency-like environment. You will work closely with senior producers, designers, copywriters, and other specialists, gaining hands-on experience in bringing creative concepts to life from inception to delivery. This is a foundational role aimed at developing future leaders in creative production.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior producers in managing project timelines, budgets, and resources for various creative initiatives.
- Coordinate with internal creative teams (designers, copywriters, video editors) to ensure project milestones are met.
- Help facilitate communication between creative teams and account managers/clients, ensuring clear understanding of project scope and feedback.
- Support in organizing and maintaining creative assets, project documentation, and production schedules.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to the development of creative strategies.
- Learn and apply best practices in project management tools and methodologies.
- Help troubleshoot production issues and contribute to finding effective solutions.
- Support quality assurance processes for creative deliverables.
Required Skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- A portfolio showcasing personal creative projects or organizational skills.
