Job Description

As our Pilates Studio Host, you will be the heart of the studio experience, ensuring every member and prospective client feels valued and supported from the moment they walk through our doors. This role requires a friendly demeanor, strong organizational skills, and a proactive approach to studio operations. You will play a crucial part in maintaining our boutique atmosphere, supporting sales efforts, and contributing to the overall success of the studio through exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet and welcome all members, guests, and prospective clients, providing exceptional front desk service.
  • Manage client check-ins, class bookings, and scheduling appointments efficiently using studio software.
  • Answer phones, respond to emails, and handle inquiries regarding studio services, class schedules, and membership options.
  • Conduct studio tours for new clients and explain membership packages and promotional offers.
  • Process sales transactions for memberships, retail products, and services accurately.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area, retail space, and common areas.
  • Assist studio management with administrative tasks, including data entry, inventory management, and report generation.
  • Support instructors with class setup and breakdown, ensuring a smooth transition between sessions.
  • Proactively identify and address client needs, ensuring a positive and seamless studio experience.
  • Participate in studio events, promotions, and outreach activities to foster community engagement and attract new members.

  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and ability to quickly learn new studio management software.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a customer service or front desk role, preferably in the fitness, hospitality, or retail industry.

  • Knowledge of social media platforms for studio promotion.
