Job Description

Hilton Nottingham is looking for enthusiastic and reliable Temporary Hotel Porters to assist with short-term assignments and cover during peak periods. Key Responsibilities
- Assist guests with luggage upon arrival and departure, ensuring safe and timely delivery to and from rooms.
- Provide guests with information about hotel facilities, local attractions, and directions.
- Deliver messages, newspapers, and other items to guest rooms as required.
- Assist with the loading and unloading of deliveries and general hotel supplies.
- Maintain a tidy and organised lobby and entrance area.
- Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests and inquiries.
- Support other hotel departments as needed, contributing to overall operational efficiency.
- Adhere to all hotel safety and security procedures.
