Job Description

Hilton Nottingham is looking for enthusiastic and reliable Temporary Hotel Porters to assist with short-term assignments and cover during peak periods. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist guests with luggage upon arrival and departure, ensuring safe and timely delivery to and from rooms.
  • Provide guests with information about hotel facilities, local attractions, and directions.
  • Deliver messages, newspapers, and other items to guest rooms as required.
  • Assist with the loading and unloading of deliveries and general hotel supplies.
  • Maintain a tidy and organised lobby and entrance area.
  • Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests and inquiries.
  • Support other hotel departments as needed, contributing to overall operational efficiency.
  • Adhere to all hotel safety and security procedures.
