Currys is seeking a highly motivated and knowledgeable WFH Apple Brand Specialist to join our remote team. In this role, you will be the go-to expert for customers seeking advice, support, and recommendations on Apple’s innovative ecosystem. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with a genuine passion for Apple technology to work from the comfort of their home, guiding customers through product features, troubleshooting common issues, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. You will play a crucial role in enhancing brand loyalty and driving sales through expert consultations and unparalleled product knowledge. This is a 100% remote position, offering flexibility and the chance to connect with customers across the UK.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert advice and demonstrations on Apple products and services (iPhone, Mac, iPad, Apple Watch, accessories, software) to customers via phone, chat, and video calls.
  • Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable Apple solutions.
  • Troubleshoot basic technical issues and guide customers through setup processes.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Apple product launches, features, and software updates.
  • Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators related to Apple product sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
  • Collaborate with the wider sales and support teams to ensure a consistent brand experience.

Required Skills

  • Profound knowledge and passion for Apple products and the Apple ecosystem.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and general computer applications.
  • Experience in a customer service or sales role.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience working directly with Apple products in a retail or support capacity.
  • Certifications related to Apple products or technical support (e.g., Apple Certified Support Professional).
  • Experience with remote customer engagement tools.
  • A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
