Job Description
Are you a motivated and enthusiastic 15-year-old looking for your first job experience? Target in Wesley Chapel is excited to offer an opportunity for Service Associates to join our team for after-school shifts. This role is perfect for teens eager to learn the fundamentals of retail, customer service, and teamwork in a fast-paced and friendly environment. You’ll play a vital part in ensuring our store is clean, organized, and provides an excellent shopping experience for our guests. No prior experience is required – we’ll provide all the training you need!
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests with a friendly and welcoming attitude, offering assistance as needed.
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and presentable sales floor and checkout areas.
- Support the stocking and presentation of merchandise, ensuring shelves are tidy.
- Assist with basic tasks like returning misplaced items to their correct locations.
- Learn and adhere to store safety and security procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient store operation.
- Contribute to a positive store environment for both guests and team members.
Required Skills
- Must be 15 years old at the time of application.
