Job Description

Electronic Arts Inc. is seeking a dedicated and organized Fleet Aide with a strong logistics focus to join our dynamic team. This hybrid role will support the efficient operation and management of our company fleet, ensuring timely transport, maintenance coordination, and accurate record-keeping. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, a proactive approach, and a keen eye for detail, contributing significantly to our operational efficiency in a fast-paced environment. This position involves a blend of remote work and on-site presence at our Jersey City location to manage fleet assets directly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate fleet maintenance schedules and repairs with vendors.
  • Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, mileage, fuel consumption, and service history.
  • Assist in vehicle acquisition, registration, and disposal processes.
  • Monitor and manage vehicle tracking systems and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Support the logistics team in planning and optimizing routes for company vehicles.
  • Conduct regular inspections of fleet vehicles to ensure safety and operational readiness.
  • Process and reconcile invoices related to fleet operations.
  • Provide administrative support to the logistics department as needed.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in an administrative or logistical support role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Experience with fleet management software or inventory systems.
  • Familiarity with local transportation regulations in New Jersey.
  • Experience in a corporate or entertainment industry setting.
