Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Support Specialist with a strong focus on Lead Management to join our remote team. In this critical role, you will be instrumental in supporting our sales initiatives by ensuring a robust and well-managed sales pipeline. You will be responsible for qualifying inbound leads, maintaining our CRM system, coordinating with the sales team, and facilitating a seamless transition from lead generation to client acquisition. This is a 100% remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to contribute to a global leader from the comfort of your home office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and qualify inbound sales leads, determining their potential fit and interest in Teleperformance services.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and lead information within the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings or demonstrations between qualified leads and the sales team.
  • Support the sales team with administrative tasks, preparing presentations, and compiling reports.
  • Monitor lead conversion rates and identify areas for process improvement.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and sales departments to ensure alignment on lead generation strategies.
  • Provide exceptional support to ensure a smooth and efficient sales cycle.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience with CRM software, preferably Salesforce.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
