Job Description
Are you passionate about the cannabis industry and eager to start your career? Stiiizy is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as a Dispensary Aide in Irvine, CA. This entry-level position is perfect for someone with no prior experience who is ready to learn and grow within a fast-paced and exciting environment. As a Dispensary Aide, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our dispensary operates smoothly, providing exceptional support to our customers and fellow team members. Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting dispensary environment.
- Stock and organize inventory, ensuring products are well-displayed and accessible.
- Assist with point-of-sale transactions and cash handling, following strict protocols.
- Verify customer identification to ensure compliance with all state and local regulations.
- Educate customers on various cannabis products, their effects, and proper usage (under supervision and after training).
- Support dispensary staff in daily operations and special projects.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and security guidelines.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
