Job Description

No prior experience is needed, as we provide comprehensive training to equip you with the skills and knowledge required to excel in this vital role. Key Responsibilities
- Assist patients/residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
- Support patients/residents with mealtime assistance and feeding, ensuring dietary needs are met.
- Monitor and report changes in patient/resident condition to registered nurses or other healthcare professionals.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients/residents.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to enhance patient/resident well-being.
- Assist with basic medical procedures under the direct supervision of a licensed nurse, such as taking vital signs.
- Document care provided and observations accurately in patient records.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, infection control guidelines, and facility policies.
- Collaborate effectively with the healthcare team to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care.
