Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Safely operate a UPS delivery vehicle on assigned routes.
  • Deliver and pick up packages promptly and efficiently.
  • Scan and log packages accurately using handheld technology.
  • Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform pre/post-trip inspections.
  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns courteously.
  • Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety guidelines.
  • Handle packages of varying weights and sizes, including those requiring lifting up to 70 lbs.

Required Skills

  • Valid driver's license (Class C for standard vehicles)
  • Clean driving record for at least 12 months
  • Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry packages weighing up to 70 lbs.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Must be 21 years of age or older

Preferred Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Previous experience in a driving or customer-facing role
  • Familiarity with the Frisco and surrounding North Texas areas
