Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate a UPS delivery vehicle on assigned routes.
- Deliver and pick up packages promptly and efficiently.
- Scan and log packages accurately using handheld technology.
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform pre/post-trip inspections.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns courteously.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety guidelines.
- Handle packages of varying weights and sizes, including those requiring lifting up to 70 lbs.
Required Skills
- Valid driver's license (Class C for standard vehicles)
- Clean driving record for at least 12 months
- Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry packages weighing up to 70 lbs.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Must be 21 years of age or older
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Previous experience in a driving or customer-facing role
- Familiarity with the Frisco and surrounding North Texas areas
