Job Description
We are seeking a diligent and observant Secret Shopper to join our team in Downtown Kansas City, MO. This part-time role is crucial for evaluating and enhancing our customer service standards and overall store experience. As a Secret Shopper, you will discreetly visit Macy’s locations, interact with staff, and observe store conditions, providing valuable feedback that helps us maintain our reputation for excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct discreet visits to assigned Macy's department store locations in Downtown Kansas City, MO.
- Evaluate customer service interactions, including greetings, product knowledge, and checkout procedures.
- Assess the cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards of the store.
- Observe product availability and proper display.
- Provide detailed, objective, and constructive feedback through comprehensive written reports.
- Complete all reports accurately and submit them within specified deadlines.
- Adhere strictly to assignment guidelines and maintain confidentiality throughout the process.

- Exceptional observational abilities and a keen eye for detail.
