Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests with a warm smile and provide exceptional customer service.
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare and serve food and beverages to Nando's high standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all areas of the restaurant.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures, including setup and cleanup.
- Work effectively as part of a team to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle cash and card transactions with accuracy.
- Uphold food safety and health & safety regulations at all times.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive attitude and a passion for customer service.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliability and punctuality are essential.
- Ability to work as part of a diverse team.
- Basic numeracy skills for handling transactions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a hospitality or customer-facing role is a plus, but not essential – full training will be provided!
- Basic Food Hygiene Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
