Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of all spa areas, including treatment rooms, relaxation lounges, locker rooms, showers, and common spaces.
- Ensure towels, linens, and robes are adequately stocked, neatly folded, and readily available for guests.
- Assist with laundry duties, including washing, drying, and folding spa linens.
- Monitor and restock amenities in locker rooms and throughout the spa.
- Provide a warm and welcoming environment for guests, offering assistance and answering basic questions about spa facilities.
- Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or low inventory levels to spa management promptly.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Set up and refresh beverage stations in relaxation areas.
Required Skills
- No prior experience required – comprehensive training provided!
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs regularly.

- Basic understanding of hygiene and sanitation practices.
