Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Remote Google Assistant to join our dynamic team. As a Remote Google Assistant, you will provide comprehensive administrative and organizational support to various departments and team members, primarily utilizing the Google Workspace suite of tools. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain complex calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements using Google Calendar.
- Draft, proofread, and manage email correspondence in Gmail, ensuring timely and professional communication.
- Organize and maintain digital files and documents in Google Drive, ensuring easy accessibility and version control.
- Prepare presentations and reports using Google Slides and Google Docs.
- Perform data entry, research, and compile information as needed for various projects.
- Facilitate virtual meetings using Google Meet, including setting up agendas, recording minutes, and distributing follow-up actions.
- Support project management tasks by tracking deadlines, communicating updates, and coordinating with team members.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Proactively identify and implement improvements to administrative processes and workflows.
