Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments, procedures, and tests accurately and efficiently.
- Manage and update appointment calendars for multiple providers or departments.
- Communicate effectively with patients regarding appointment details, preparations, and rescheduling.
- Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure optimal scheduling and resource utilization.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of patient information and adhere to HIPAA guidelines.
- Respond to inquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner.
- Perform data entry and administrative tasks as needed to support scheduling operations.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a remote environment.

- High school diploma or equivalent.
