Market Force Information is seeking an energetic Retail Experience Rater to join our team in Wichita, KS. In this dynamic part-time role, you will act as a mystery shopper, visiting various retail establishments to evaluate their service, cleanliness, product presentation, and overall customer journey. Your objective feedback will be crucial in helping our clients enhance their brand standards and customer satisfaction. This position requires regular travel within a designated local area, for which a travel stipend will be provided. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct assigned mystery shopping visits to various retail locations according to specific project guidelines and scenarios.
- Objectively observe and record details regarding store operations, staff interactions, product availability, and general ambiance.
- Engage with store staff in a natural manner to assess customer service quality without revealing your identity.
- Capture and document specific data points, often including photographs or verification of items, as required by each assignment.
- Submit comprehensive, accurate, and unbiased reports using our online platform within tight deadlines.
- Manage your schedule efficiently to complete assignments within specified timeframes.
- Adhere strictly to all confidentiality agreements and client protocols.
- Efficiently plan and execute travel within your assigned geographic area, maintaining accurate records for expense reimbursement.
