Job Description
Are you a creative visionary with a passion for nail art and a flair for social media? Sephora is seeking a dynamic and talented Nail Art Content Creator to join our innovative marketing team. In this exciting on-site role, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, filming, editing, and publishing engaging nail art content across our social media platforms, with a primary focus on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. You will bring trending nail designs to life through captivating visuals and tutorials, helping to inspire and educate our vast beauty community. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and pitch innovative nail art content ideas that align with Sephora's brand aesthetic and current beauty trends.
- Plan, film, and direct high-quality video tutorials and static imagery of various nail art techniques and designs.
- Edit raw footage into polished, engaging content optimized for specific social media platforms (e.g., short-form TikToks, Instagram Reels, longer YouTube tutorials).
- Write compelling captions, descriptions, and hashtags to accompany content, maximizing reach and engagement.
- Manage content posting schedules and collaborate with the social media team to ensure timely and consistent delivery.
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and audience feedback to continuously refine content strategy.
- Maintain and organize a library of nail art products, tools, and content assets.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product development) to integrate new launches and campaigns into content.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to the overall content calendar.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in creating visually appealing nail art designs.
- Demonstrable portfolio of video and static content created for social media platforms.
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve).
- Strong understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Experience with camera operation, lighting, and sound recording for high-quality video production.
- Excellent communication and storytelling abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with a strong eye for aesthetics and composition.
Preferred Qualifications
