Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Hotel Porter to join our dedicated team at Hilton Windsor. As a Hotel Porter, you will be the first point of contact for many of our guests, providing a warm welcome and essential support throughout their stay. Your role is crucial in ensuring a seamless and pleasant experience, from handling luggage to assisting with guest inquiries and maintaining the pristine appearance of our lobby areas. Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with loading and unloading luggage from vehicles.
- Safely and efficiently transport guest luggage to and from their rooms.
- Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
- Assist guests with general inquiries and provide directions as needed.
- Ensure the lobby and entrance areas are clean, tidy, and welcoming at all times.
- Help maintain the security of guest belongings and hotel premises.
- Assist other departments with ad-hoc duties as required, contributing to overall guest satisfaction.
- Deliver newspapers, mail, and packages to guest rooms.
- Assist guests with special requests, such as calling taxis or arranging transportation.

- Strong physical fitness to handle and transport luggage.
