Job Description
We are seeking meticulous and reliable individuals to join our team as Phone Inquiry Mystery Shoppers for part-time morning shifts. This is a fully remote position where you will conduct phone inquiries to evaluate customer service, sales processes, and general information accuracy across various industries. Your objective feedback will be crucial in helping our clients identify areas for improvement and deliver exceptional customer experiences. This role offers flexibility and the opportunity to contribute to significant brand improvements from the comfort of your home.
Key Responsibilities
- Make pre-scheduled phone calls to businesses as assigned, following specific scenarios and scripts.
- Accurately assess and document the customer service experience, sales interaction, and information provided during each call.
- Pay close attention to detail regarding specific instructions, including wait times, tone of voice, product knowledge, and overall helpfulness.
- Complete detailed online reports within 24 hours of each shop, providing clear, objective, and constructive feedback.
- Maintain confidentiality of all assignment details and client information.
- Adhere strictly to project deadlines and guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with project managers regarding any challenges or questions.
- Ensure a quiet and professional environment for making calls.
