Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated 18-year-old individuals to join our team as an Entry Level Field Assistant for dig support operations in Lyon. This is a fantastic opportunity for young people new to the workforce to gain hands-on experience in the construction and infrastructure sector. You will play a crucial role in supporting our field teams, ensuring safety, and contributing to the successful execution of various projects. No prior experience is required; we provide all necessary training.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior field personnel with site preparation and organization.
- Support excavation activities by monitoring surroundings and clearing debris.
- Handle and transport tools and materials safely across the job site.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Learn and apply basic field techniques and safety procedures.
- Communicate effectively with team members and report any issues or concerns.
- Participate in daily briefings and contribute to team efforts.
Required Skills
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and promptly.
