Job Description
We are seeking a highly meticulous and detail-oriented Corporate Training Annotator to join our remote team. In this critical WFH business role, you will be instrumental in enhancing the quality and effectiveness of our internal corporate training materials. Your primary responsibility will involve reviewing, categorizing, and providing feedback on a diverse range of training content, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and alignment with our organizational standards. This is a 100% remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to contribute to significant projects from anywhere.
Key Responsibilities
- Rigorously review and annotate various corporate training materials, including presentations, videos, documents, and interactive modules.
- Identify areas for improvement in content accuracy, grammatical correctness, clarity, and consistency.
- Categorize training content using predefined taxonomies and tagging systems to enhance searchability and usability.
- Provide constructive and actionable feedback to content creators and instructional designers.
- Ensure all training materials adhere to brand guidelines, legal requirements, and accessibility standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand training objectives and content requirements.
- Track and report on annotation progress and content quality metrics.
Required Skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency with standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
