Job Description

Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is seeking a motivated Deep Tissue Apprentice to join our dynamic team in Brampton. This is a hands-on, physical role designed for individuals who are ready to dedicate themselves to mastering advanced massage techniques. Key Responsibilities
- Participate actively in all aspects of our structured Deep Tissue Apprenticeship program.
- Learn and practice various deep tissue massage techniques under the guidance of experienced therapists.
- Assist senior therapists with client intake, preparation, and post-session care.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms and common areas.
- Develop strong client communication skills to understand needs and provide an excellent experience.
- Adhere to all spa policies, procedures, and sanitation standards.
- Engage in continuous learning and professional development within the massage therapy field.
- Demonstrate physical stamina and dexterity required for performing massage techniques.
Required Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong desire to learn and develop a career in massage therapy.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to commit to a rigorous training schedule.

Preferred Qualifications
