Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Float Tank Attendant with a keen interest in technical support to join our Regina team. Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and orient clients to the floatation therapy process, ensuring their comfort and understanding.
- Prepare and sanitize float tanks between sessions, adhering to stringent hygiene and water quality standards.
- Monitor and maintain water chemistry (salinity, pH, temperature) to ensure optimal float conditions.
- Perform routine technical checks and preventative maintenance on float tank filtration systems, pumps, and sensors.
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor technical issues with float tank equipment, escalating complex problems as needed.
- Manage client bookings, inquiries, and provide general administrative support.
- Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the float therapy rooms and common areas.
- Educate clients on the benefits of floatation therapy and related wellness services.
- Ensure a safe, calm, and therapeutic environment for all clients.
