Job Description
Are you a highly organized and proactive administrative professional with a passion for leading remote teams? Shaw Communications is seeking a dedicated WFH Admin Lead to manage and support our remote administrative staff. In this 100% remote role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of our virtual administrative functions, fostering team collaboration, and optimizing workflows. You will be responsible for overseeing daily administrative tasks, providing guidance and support to your team, and implementing best practices for remote work efficiency. Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of remote administrative assistants, ensuring high performance and engagement.
- Oversee the daily administrative operations, including scheduling, correspondence, data management, and report generation.
- Develop and implement efficient remote administrative workflows and procedures.
- Facilitate team meetings, workshops, and training sessions using virtual collaboration tools.
- Manage project timelines and deliverables for administrative tasks, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Act as a primary point of contact for inter-departmental administrative requests.
- Onboard new remote administrative team members and provide ongoing professional development opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and data security protocols in a remote setting.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and other documents as required by senior management.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in an administrative leadership or supervisory role, preferably in a remote setting.
