Job Description
Are you meticulously detail-oriented with a passion for data accuracy? IBM is seeking a dedicated Digital Records Verifier to join our remote team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and compliance of digital records across various platforms. This is a 100% remote position, offering you the flexibility to work from anywhere within the United States while maintaining high standards of data governance. You will play a vital role in maintaining our digital infrastructure’s reliability and supporting seamless operations by verifying data, identifying discrepancies, and implementing corrective measures.
Key Responsibilities
- Verify the accuracy and completeness of digital records against source documents and defined criteria.
- Identify and correct discrepancies, errors, or omissions in digital files and databases.
- Ensure all digital records comply with internal policies, industry regulations, and legal standards.
- Process and organize high volumes of digital information efficiently and accurately.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve data-related issues and improve data integrity processes.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
- Generate reports on data verification status and error rates as required.
- Assist in the development and refinement of data verification protocols and best practices.
Required Skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in data entry and database management.
- Strong computer literacy, including experience with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a remote environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience with document management systems (DMS) or enterprise content management (ECM) platforms.
- Familiarity with data governance principles and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
- Previous experience in a remote work setting.
