Key Responsibilities
- Conduct one-on-one or small group virtual coaching sessions with clients on weekends.
- Utilize Tony Robbins' strategies and frameworks to guide clients in identifying and overcoming limiting beliefs.
- Help clients set clear, compelling goals and develop actionable plans to achieve them.
- Provide consistent encouragement, accountability, and support to clients throughout their journey.
- Facilitate breakthroughs and foster a positive, growth-oriented mindset.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance coaching skills.
