Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Teleperformance Virtual Office Manager to lead and support our remote teams. This pivotal role is responsible for ensuring seamless operations, fostering team cohesion, and optimizing productivity within our distributed workforce. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with exceptional communication skills and a deep understanding of virtual collaboration tools and best practices. This is a 100% remote position, requiring a self-starter who can manage multiple priorities and drive results independently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of virtual teams, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to company policies.
  • Implement and maintain virtual office systems, tools, and processes to enhance team collaboration and efficiency.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for remote team members regarding operational inquiries and technical support needs.
  • Organize and facilitate virtual meetings, workshops, and team-building activities to maintain a strong team culture.
  • Monitor team performance and productivity, providing regular reports to senior management.
  • Develop and implement training programs for remote staff on best practices for virtual work environments.
  • Manage virtual asset allocation and tracking, including software licenses and equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations across all remote operations.
  • Onboard new remote employees, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support for a successful start.
  • Facilitate communication channels and ensure timely dissemination of important information to the remote workforce.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience managing virtual teams or remote office operations.
  • Excellent command of virtual collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Slack, Asana).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a distributed team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Problem-solving attitude and ability to troubleshoot technical and operational issues.
  • Demonstrated experience in process improvement and optimization.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Certification in project management or virtual team leadership.
  • Experience with HRIS and payroll systems in a remote context.
  • Knowledge of global data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
  • Previous experience in the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry.
