Job Description

We are seeking compassionate and experienced Remote Life Coaches/Mentors to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide one-on-one coaching and mentorship to individuals across Canada, helping them achieve personal and professional growth through phone and video sessions. This is a 100% remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to make a significant impact from anywhere. You will guide clients through various life challenges, set achievable goals, and develop strategies for success, fostering resilience and well-being.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct confidential one-on-one coaching sessions via phone and video with diverse clients.
  • Develop personalized action plans and goal-setting strategies tailored to client needs.
  • Provide empathetic support and guidance on topics such as career development, relationships, stress management, work-life balance, and personal growth.
  • Utilize active listening and motivational interviewing techniques to empower clients.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of client interactions and progress.
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic client care when appropriate.
  • Stay informed about best practices in coaching and personal development.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience as a Life Coach or Mentor.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong active listening and empathetic abilities.
  • Proficiency in using virtual communication platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
  • Ability to build rapport and trust with diverse client populations.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Deep understanding of coaching methodologies and ethical guidelines.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certification from an accredited coaching program (e.g., ICF, IAC).
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Experience with cognitive behavioral coaching (CBC) or positive psychology.
  • Bilingualism (English and French) is a strong asset for serving our Canadian clientele.
  • Previous experience working in a remote or virtual client-facing role.
