Key Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, and payments.
- Verify customer identities and transaction details to prevent fraud.
- Assist customers with inquiries, account information, and basic banking product questions.
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile transactions at the end of each shift.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and adhere to all banking regulations and security procedures.
- Identify opportunities to refer customers to other bank services or specialists.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment, upholding Barclays' values.
