This is an incredible opportunity for motivated candidates with no prior experience to enter the high-demand healthcare field. We provide comprehensive paid training to equip you with all the skills and knowledge needed to become a certified Clinical Hemodialysis Technician (CHT). You’ll learn to operate dialysis machines, monitor patients, and provide vital support to individuals undergoing life-sustaining treatment. Key Responsibilities
- Participate actively in a comprehensive training program to learn all aspects of dialysis treatment.
- Shadow experienced Dialysis Technicians and nurses to understand patient care protocols.
- Learn to prepare and monitor dialysis equipment and ensure proper functioning.
- Develop skills in vital sign monitoring, patient observation, and documentation.
- Assist patients with comfort and support during treatments.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, infection control measures, and company policies.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Successfully complete all required training modules and certification exams within the designated timeframe.
Required Skills
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Ability to commit to a rigorous paid training program.
- Strong desire to learn and grow in the healthcare industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate and empathetic demeanor.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience.
- Experience working in a team-oriented environment.
- Bilingual skills (especially Spanish) are a plus.
