Job Description
We are seeking a discreet and observant individual to join our team as a Secret Shopper for our luxury bridal boutique. This unique role requires you to visit our store during weekend hours, acting as a potential client or a guest accompanying a bride. Your primary responsibility will be to meticulously evaluate the customer experience, from the initial greeting to the product presentation, sales process, and overall store ambiance. Your detailed feedback will be crucial in helping us maintain and elevate our high standards of service in a luxury environment. This is a part-time position, ideal for someone with excellent observational skills and a passion for luxury retail.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct unannounced, covert visits to the bridal boutique during specified weekend hours.
- Act convincingly as a prospective bride or an accompanying guest, engaging with sales associates as a real customer would.
- Systematically evaluate staff professionalism, product knowledge, sales techniques, and attentiveness.
- Assess the cleanliness, organization, visual merchandising, and overall ambiance of the store.
- Observe and provide feedback on appointment management, fitting room experience, and after-sales communication (if applicable).
- Prepare comprehensive and objective written reports detailing observations, interactions, and overall experience, adhering to a provided rubric.
- Identify areas of excellence and opportunities for improvement in customer service and operational procedures.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all observations and findings.
